Approval of Minutes
● Stephanie Brezovic moves to approve the meeting minutes from September 10, 2024.
Patti Bruers seconds. All Trustees vote aye. Motion passes.

Approval of Financial Reports
●Patti Bruers moves to approve the September 2024 Financial Report. Rene McCollum seconds. All Trustees vote aye. Motion passes.

Director’s Report - Director’s Report was reviewed.
● Children’s books are being weeded out. An organization needs to be found that will accept used children’s books.
● Janet Clark is exploring the possibility of obtaining a Radon detector to be available for patrons to check out.

Old Business -
● Tax Levy Request - Jennifer Garden moves to approve the Tax Levy Request in the amount of $169,437.00. Rene McCollum seconds. All Trustees vote aye. Motion passes.
● Election update - Dates were reviewed. Jennifer and Stephanie will each need to obtain 25 signatures on their petitions. Patti Bruers is not going to run for re-election, so the position of Treasurer will need to be filled. She will stay on the Board until a replacement is found.
● The Patron Appreciation Holiday Open House will now be on Dec. 14th rather than Dec. 7th.

New Business -
● Strategic Planning - Tabled until we obtain more Board members.
