Approval of Minutes
● Roger McCollum moves to approve the meeting minutes from April 16, 2024. Patti Bruers seconds. All Trustees vote aye. Motion passes,

Approval of Financial Reports
● Stephanie Brezovic moves to approve the April 2024 Financial Reports. Patti Bruers seconds. All Trustees vote aye. Motion passes.

Director’s Report - Director’s Report was reviewed.
● Janet Clark still needs more donations for prizes for the summer reading program.

Old Business -
● Outdoor Book Drop: Janet Clark received information regarding delivery cost and weight of the proposed book drop. She will add lift gate delivery to the order. Rene McCollum moves to approve the purchase of a new outdoor book drop not to exceed $3500. Roger McCollum seconds. All Trustees vote aye. Motion passes.
● Donor Wall: Further discussion is tabled for now.
● Strategic Plan: Janet Clark has shared the videos of the workshop she attended. All Board members need to watch these videos to learn how to do a strategic plan.
